LAHORE (1 August 2025) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the schedule for the highly anticipated T20I tri-nation series featuring Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The tournament will run from 29 August to 7 September 2025, with all matches taking place at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE.
This tri-series will play a crucial role as a preparatory platform for the participating teams ahead of the ACC Men’s T20 Asia Cup 2025, which is also set to be held in the UAE from 9 to 28 September.
Originally planned as a bilateral series between Pakistan and Afghanistan, the format was changed to include UAE, transforming it into a competitive tri-series to better prepare teams for similar playing conditions during the Asia Cup.
